Policies

Guests must be 24 or over to check-in. All guests under the age of 25 must travel with an adult. A valid ID and credit card must be provided at check-in. We do not host spring breakers. The name on the reservation must be the same person who checks in.

Upon check-in a Security/Damage Deposit form must be signed. We will initiate a $200.00 authorization on a valid credit card as the damage deposit. No cash accepted for the damage deposit. The damage deposit will be returned if no damage is found and all keys are returned.

Where loss or damage to the Property exceeds $200.00, Sunrise Ocean Suites will bill the Guest for the shortfall, and the Guest agrees to pay within 14 days. In the event that the Guest fails to pay any such shortfall, Sunrise Ocean Suites reserves the right to exercise any legal remedies to purse the amount owed from the Guest. Where Sunrise finds damage or loss to the Property following the Guest’s departure that, in the view of Sunrise management, constitutes malicious or wanton damage, Sunrise reserves the right to notify law enforcement authorities and prosecute, in addition to billing the Guest for the full amount of repair or replacement, and the Guest agrees to pay within 14 days.

No grills permitted on the property. No pets. No smoking inside the units.

Unauthorized persons occupying the unit overnight, will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation, forfeiture of any amounts paid by the registered guest, and a no future reservation policy adopted.

Cancellations made within 45 days of the check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit.

From January 1st to April 30th, a 5 night minimum stay is required.

From May 1st to December 31st, a 3 night minimum stay is required.

For summer holidays, a 4 night minimum stay is required.

Full payment is due at check-in. No checks are accepted.

Rates: Our rates are based on double occupancy for one-bedroom units and 4 adults for a two-bedroom unit. Each additional person is $15 per night. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: hotel room/2 adults; 1 Bedroom Apt/4 adults; 2 Bedroom Apt/6 adults.
