Terms & Conditions
Minimum Stay: A three-night minimum stay is required. For the summer holidays, a five night minimum stay is required.
Deposit: A 20% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
Payment Due: Full payment is due at check-in.
Damage Deposit: A credit card authorization hold of $200.00 (no cash) for the security/damage deposit will be initiated at check-in and refunded after check-out if no damage is found.
Cancellation Policy: A full refund of the deposit will be given if reservation is cancelled with a minimum of forty-five (45) days notice prior to check-in date.
Rates: Our rates are based on double occupancy for one-bedroom units and up to 4 adults for a two-bedroom unit. Each additional person is $15/night. Maximum occupancy: hotel room/2 adults, one bedroom/4 adults and two bedroom/6 adults.” Rates are subject to change without notice.
We will do our utmost to accommodate your room choice. However, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee a particular room and will do our best to accommodate you in a comparable unit.
